Shipping policy

 

We ship every Corvin order with care, from our warehouse straight to your door. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your pieces to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).

International shipping is not yet available. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team processes and packs it within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm PT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 4-8 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Total time from order to delivery typically ranges from 6-10 business days.

Order Tracking

Every Corvin order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can check your order status anytime by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@shopcorvin.com.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Corvin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us at info@shopcorvin.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be subject to reshipping fees, or refunded minus original shipping and a $10 restocking fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Corvin is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:

1. Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's mail room
2. Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
3. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
4. Reach out to us at info@shopcorvin.com if the issue is not resolved

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@shopcorvin.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.

Holidays & Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December holidays) and severe weather events. Processing and delivery times may extend during these periods. We'll communicate any major delays via email.

Corvin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@shopcorvin.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the order following our Return & Refund Policy once received.
