At Corvin, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition you received them
- In their original Corvin packaging, including box, pouch, and any included cards
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items returned without original packaging, in worn condition, or outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the conditions above.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, email us at info@shopcorvin.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you'd like to return
3. The reason for the return (this helps us improve)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Corvin is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Original shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange any eligible item for a different size or product of equal value, free of charge. If you'd like to exchange for an item of greater value, you'll be charged the difference. If you'd like to exchange for an item of lesser value, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

To start an exchange, email us at info@shopcorvin.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a promotional period, sale, or with a discount code may be subject to different return terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@shopcorvin.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Damaged or defective items are covered under our warranty and will be replaced free of charge — no return required in most cases.
